Refund Policy
This policy applies to logo design packages bought from Norvanta Studio Limited (company number 17240550), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Our guarantee in one line: if you're not happy with your logo designs, ask for a refund before your final files are sent and we'll refund you in full.
How the guarantee works
- After you order, we send your first design concept(s) — usually within 24–48 hours of receiving your brief.
- You get unlimited revisions to your chosen design within your package until you're happy.
- If you're still not happy, tell us before we send your final files and we'll refund the full amount you paid.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days of your request.
When the guarantee no longer applies
- Once you have approved a design and we have sent your final files (for example PNG, JPG, PDF or EPS), the work is complete and the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
- Designs you choose not to go ahead with remain the property of Norvanta Studio and must not be used.
What's included in each package
The number of concepts and final files depends on the package you choose (for example, Basic £24.99 includes 1 concept and 3 final files; Startup £39.99 includes 3 concepts). Full details are on our pricing page.
What we do and don't do
We design logos and brand identities and supply digital files. We do not print, manufacture or install signs or other physical products.
